About the Painting:
Painted during the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic in the pumpkin patch in my backgarden. This painting is part of my three paintings that I have painted of a single pumpkin at different stages of growing. Every stage of this vegetable relates to the time and season of the year. Orange pumpkins signify harvesting season and give strong Autumn vibes! By the time pumpkins turn fully orange, they develop hard skin and sound hollow on a knock. When the gradual chill and morning mist becomes a regular feature, the leaves dry out leaving behind this bright vegetable waiting to be harvested.
These pumpkins can be bought individually but will also look lovely on a single wall next to each other!
