Painting Demo for Brit Plein Air Painters Annual Show 2023
My 45 mins demo for ‘Brit Plein Air Painter’ yesterday in the heart of the anti-war protests at the Trafalgar Square just outside the ongoing show at the Royal Watercolour Society Gallery which is closing today at 1pm.
I was due to paint in the afternoon for my demo but things changed dramatically and thousands of pro-Palestinian protestors started rallying in the square and around the gallery. I was advised by the well wishing police men not to paint there but I had made up my mind already, and so I did.
Thankyou to all those who stood there and watched me paint and to all the policemen who cordoned me off and were very supportive after all.
The show closes today at 1pm.
