Your chance to spend the day painting en plein air in the stunning gardens of Sezincote House, a unique estate covering 3,500 acres of rolling Cotswold countryside with a 200-year-old Mogul Indian palace, set in a romantic landscape of temples, grottoes, waterfalls and canals reminiscent of the Taj Mahal.

In this workshop led by Festival Ambassador, Tushar Sabale, you will be painting the exterior of the house and gardens from life.

You will have an opportunity to watch your tutor paint and demonstrate how he approaches a subject and then make a painting yourself under his direct guidance and supervision. The course will cover range of topics such as composition, simplification, colours, tonal values, capturing light, atmosphere and more.
There will be group and individual discussions on subjects related to ‘en plein air’ painting.

Parking is included in the ticket price. Sezincote is just outside Moreton-in-Marsh on the A44, which has a direct train line to London into Paddington.
